Are You Ready To Follow A Program That Works?

Are you ready to see what all the fuss is about?  Come in for a free, one-on-one introductory lesson. Be prepared to get sweaty as you will be taught to use the kettlebell and perform your first workout.  Wear comfortable clothes and flat soled shoes such as Converse All Stars.  The introductory class typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes.  Introductory classes are given Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 10 AM or 4 PM and 6 PM.
