Kettlebell Bootcamp

This Unlimited Two Week Pass allows you to do up to 5 kettlebell workouts per week during our Open Gym hours and access to our 8 AM Saturday morning Group Class. Please see our Gym Schedule for more details about our Open Gym training and hours of operation. Three personal training sessions are included to teach you the basic lifts and ensure proper form. This pass expires 14 days from initial use and cannot be combined with other offers.

Personal Training Package

This Package includes a One Month Unlimited Membership to CEKB, a fitness assessment including before and after photos and measurements, our Carb Rotation nutrition plan including our Quick Start Guide, meal plan and shopping list, unlimited nutritional support, and 3 one on one training sessions with RKC Certified Kettlebell Instructor, Louie Towkaniuk.  This plan is optimal for building lean muscle and losing fat, as it combines kettlebell training with optimal nutrition to get you in the best shape of your life.
