5 Or Die Challenge – Day 21

Welcome to Day 21 of the 5 or Die Challenge.

Instead of doing Blackjacks today, which would take far longer than 5 minutes, we will do 21 reps of 5 different exercises.  Lucky you!

Today's Challenge is

21 Push Ups

21 Lying Leg Lifts

21 Mountain Climbers on Each Leg (42 total)

21 Lunges on Each Leg (42 total)

AND 21 Burpees
