5 Or Die Challenge – Body Weight Exercises
Summer is upon us and soon our bathing suits will be upon us as well. Are you ready?
For anyone who is determined to look better in their bathing suit by July 4th or die trying, we have the challenge for you!
The 5 Or Die Challenge is a 5 week challenge beginning Tuesday, May 28 (the day after Memorial Day) and ending Monday, July 1. For 5 weeks all challenge competitors will follow the Carb Rotation nutrition plan, complete at least 3 kettlebell workouts per week, and complete the 5 or Die Challenge of the Day posted on our site and Facebook Fan Page every day during the challenge period. The Challenge of the Day will be a quick, 5 minute workout of body weight exercises that can be done at home with no kettlebell required, so there are no excuses for not completing each day’s Challenge. Even if you don’t have a kettlebell, just follow the 5 or Die Challenges and you will see an improvement in your bikini body at the end of 5 weeks!
Weigh-ins will begin this Tuesday, May 21. If you are a member of our Online Training Program you can join us too! Just step on the scale, record your weight, and take your measurements from your waist, hips, bust, thigh and bicep. Make sure to weigh in again at the end of the Challenge and send us your results.
